02 What we collect
We do not require you to create an account or log in. If you use the contact form, it opens your own email application with the details you typed (name, email, phone, company and message) so you can send them to us by email. We only ever receive what you choose to send.
03 Cookies & local storage
We use only strictly necessary storage: a PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID) to remember your chosen language during your visit, and two small items saved in your browser — “fw-theme” (light or dark appearance) and “fw-consent” (that you have seen this notice). We use no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
04 Why we may process data (lawful basis)
When you contact us, we process your details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where you tick the box, your consent. Essential cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working website.
05 Sharing & transfers
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Any email you send us is handled by our email provider solely to deliver your message. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA for our own purposes.

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet any legal or accounting obligation, after which it is deleted. Browser storage stays on your device until it expires or you clear it.
